We provide delivery based on availability.

If an item is out of stock or not currently available, it cannot be ordered. Any claims for damages arising from the item's unavailability will not be accepted.

The delivery time varies depending on your location. Please remember that shipping will occur only after the payment is received in our account. For payments made with credit cards (MasterCard/VISA) or PayPal, the shipping timeframe is 2-4 business days. If we are unable to meet the expected shipping time, we will inform you via email.

Shipping is carried out from our location in Slovenia.

Within the European Union
We ship free of charge for orders over EUR 99.00.
For orders under EUR 99.00, we only charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.95.
Non-EU European countries
A flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00 for all orders.
Additionally, the insurance fee of EUR 5.00 will be applied.

A flat shipping fee of EUR 55.00 for ALL orders.
Additionally, the insurance fee of EUR 5.00 will be applied.

Africa/Asia/Australia/Japan/Oceania
A flat shipping fee of EUR 65.00 for ALL orders.
Additionally, the insurance fee of EUR 10.00 is applied to all orders.
