Returns
Currently, we do not provide free "at will" returns, and request you to arrange appropriate postage. However, we will evaluate your specific case and do our best to find the acceptable solution in such unlikely event.

We accept returns only for new, unbroken, and unworn items. If your jewelry has a defect, or a part of the item is missing, it must be communicated to us in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the refund of the full purchasing price.

Please note that defective, incomplete, or missing items cannot be processed as a return without previous communication with us and receiving our written consent for you to proceed with the return.

If you decide to return your item after 30 days have passed since you received it, please contact our customer service first to get a confirmation. Otherwise, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
How to return an item:
1. Include the valid purchase check (invoice, bill, or online checkout statement) with your return.
If you don't have it, please provide a note with your name, purchase order number and date, along with the reason for return.

We recommend sending your return with postal insurance. Without it, we cannot cover any damage or loss during shipping. It's best to keep your postal receipt as proof until your refund is processed.
