Reclamation

We offer a 1-year warranty on all Flower Fairy products. Within the warranty period, we will repair your Flower Fairy jewelry free of charge, provided that the damages are caused by the material or manufacturing defects. Please, refer to our Care Instructions to ensure proper handling of your jewellery.

 

Have you received a defective or incorrect piece?  Please contact our customer service so we can immediately assist you. Please, e-mail us pictures of the defective or incorrect item along with your order number.

Warranty Claim

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

The defect or damage was caused by improper use or negligence.

The defect or damage was caused by improper care, or attempt to repair the product, or alteration of individual parts.

Natural products, such as pearls and natural stones, that differ from the product images due to their natural properties.

Soiling of the product with perfumes or any kind of chemicals.

Within 30 days of your receipt of the items, we'll be happy to offer you a refund or, if available, a replacement or exchange.

 

If your package arrive damaged and part of your order is missing, you will have to report the damage to the postal service within seven days of delivery. You can email us a copy of the completed damage report to admin@flowerfairy.me so we can send you a replacement (if available), or a refund, as quickly as possible.
